We love that black is going to be an acceptable shade to wear this summer, and we love its use in these unique 'Becca' wedges, new from Tabitha Simmonds. The sloping heel is a difficult look to pull off, but I think this style really makes it work. Simmons is a relatively new designer to our radar, but she really seems to be riding the Zeitgeist just now.
The uppers on these shoes are made from canvas, which gives them that laid back holidayish feel, despite the prim little bow-tie decorations on the front. These could work just as well with jeans as with a tailored, linen look. Seriously chic!
