I may be on my own here, but I think these chunky penny loafers by KG at Kurt Geiger are actually rather wonderful. A thick, luxuriant tassel always adds charm and the midnight blue suede used here is just gorgeous.
Admittedly they are basically loafers, but they incorporate a block heel that's both hugely fashionable and uncommonly comfortable. I can't wait to get my feet (and newly selected autumn tights!) into these beauties in a few weeks' time...
