Katy Perry was recently spied in another of her stunning 'latex couture' dresses, this time featuring a cute candy-floss design that really defies the age-old idea that rubber has to be dark and gothy, but let's not get too hung up on that for now. What really stood out in this get-up was the footwear: a pair of fabulous lace-up peep-toe boots with red and white helter-skelter stripes - and anything that distracts from a rubber dress has got to be worthy of comment!
The boots are made up in a style that's very much 'of the moment', with skater-style laces and open toes at the front. And they suit Katy Perry's image just fine. If we could track down a pair, would you go out in boots like that?
