Earlier this week, Ms Shoewawa polled the shoe-loving nation for their opinions on loafers. At the time, I jumped firmly into the 'hell no' camp, shuddering at the mere memory of the chunky shoes of my school days.
Then I saw these beautiful Mink Clog Loafers from Next, and completely changed my mind.
Turns out, the love-child of two of clumpiest styles of the season is pretty beautiful. The clashing fabrics of suede and wood works really well, and there's just the right number of studs to toughen it up.
