New York Fashion Week: William Tempest
Victoria Beckham seems to be attracting more attention to her feet than many of the models at New York Fashion Week, thanks to her amazing/ridiculous 'Rolex' heels. But there is plenty of footwear action happening on the catwalk too, and our favourite so far by a long chalk comes from William Tempest's collection. The designer collaborated with Mechante of London to create the shoes, which perfectly complement his collection.
Multi-tonal and showing a clear 1920s influence, the shoes were mainly sandal style with jutting platforms and twisted fabrics. We particularly love the peach and black shoes worn by the model on the right, which complement her floaty nude gown just perfectly. Elsewhere, there were hot pink styles and snake-effect shoes with a futuristic, foily sheen.
