As an Abigail myself, I can only approve of these incredibly ornate 'Abigail's Party' shoes, by everyone's favourite crazy footwear label Irregular Choice. The shoe-boots form part of the label's Christmas Party collection, and are also available in monochrome.
Made from perfectly purple paisley with an oversized ribbon, they really are the height of slummy-chic. I'm not sure what I'd wear these with for best effects, but as long as it's long and sweeping, it would probably work.
