The Hills' Stephanie Pratt got full marks for footwear at the Verizon/HTC Incredible Cabaret at Voyeur, Los Angeles this weekend when she teamed a ruffled skirt and jacket combo with some truly stunning Prada heels. The heavily-studded sandals stood out a mile, while fitting in a treat with her all-black outfit.
