stella-mccartney-clogs.jpgClogs are in themselves a bit of a 'Marmite style'. Those who go in for them are prepared to try clogs in all sorts of guises from the traditional wooden sort to sky-high heeled styles and sexy slingbacks. But those who dislike the look will shun it at every turn.

I'm in the former camp and love my clogs, as long as they are open-toed with a big of height and not too clumpy. I love what Swedish Hasbeens have done with the traditional Dutch shoe, and find them great for everyday wear, But I'm still not entirely sure about this style from Stella McCartney's S/S '11 collection. The pen-and-ink style design on the sole is pretty, but the overall effect is a little busy.
