karlie-kloss-topshop-vid.pngOver the past ten year, high street favourite Topshop has been supporting emerging design talent through its NEWGEN programme. In collaboration with the British Fashion Council, the scheme has helped launch the careers of a wealth of A-List designers including Matthew Williamson, Julien MacDonald, Ann-Louise Roswald, Christopher Kane and the late Alexander McQueen. This prestigious launch-pad is where all young designers with their eyes on the prize of a glittering career in fashion want to be.

To celebrate a decade of NEWGEN, a new short film has been created starring 19-year-old model Karlie Kloss. Kloss is wearing all items by previous NEWGEN alumni, including Christopher Kane, Marios Schwab, Richard Nicoll and Meadham Kirchhoff. She also appears in a gorgeous printed Mary Katrantzou dress, which went on sale today as part of a capsule collection for Topshop, which is of course completely sold out at time of writing. Well done if you bagged any of the pieces, which are still tantalizingly on display here.

Directed by iconic fashion photographer Nick Knight, the video clip features Karlie throwing some wild shapes to the sound of Roxy Music's Love Is The Drug. It's a great way to see the scheme's incredible success stories all in one place and you'll just have to take it from us that it's seriously infectious - or check it out for yourself in the clip below:
