lana_del_rey_2012.pngThe lovely Lana Del Rey performed at 2012 House Festival at Chiswick House & Gardens last night, wearing a 60s-style pink mini-dress complete with retro dollybird hair and make-up. The entire look hung together beautifully, but we were surprised to see that her shoes were a high street find that look to have been customised.

We tracked them down to Topshop, where we found the £50 Gabbi metal toe-cap heels. The pale pink shoes are made from real leather with rose gold coloured pointed metal detailing at the front, giving them a gorgeous blush champagne look that's perfect for weddings and garden parties. Here's a close-up view:

The shoes are covered in tiny appliqued flowers, which we think someone may have sewn on prior to the performance. And what a great job they've done! We're almost tempted to get our sewing kits out this weekend, and create a similar creation of our own. It's very 60s summer holiday, and very cute. Well done to whoever made them!
