Tuesday is the day we hit the shops here at Shoewawa, checking out what's new in sale, what discount codes are doing the rounds and where you can find the hottest flash sales. Today, I'm focusing on the designer end of the footwear spectrum, with some high-end shoes that have been reduced down into almost-affordable territory. So what's new this week?

1. Mou Boots: up to 74% off at Cocosa

I'm not particularly and 'Ugg boots' kind of person, but when I do wear this style of boot, I'll almost always pull on my single pair of Mou boots: a sheepskin style bootie with a certain 'handmade' quality and a simple design that somehow managed to look stylish despite being densely packed with warm and fluffy wool. I have a pair of their Eskimo boots, which normally retail at over £200, but are today being sold from just £69 here. Here's the long version of the boot, which looks awesome in this slightly shimmery charcoal grey:

2. See by Chloe sale at Brandalley

See by Chloe has long been a favourite label of mine for footwear, as the designs have that beautiful simplicity that so often makes for a successful shoe. Among the first to revive chunky crepe soles and other 70s-inspired design features, the label is looking particularly hot this seasons with the popularity of these generous, retro styles. I doubt I'll ever by able to afford a pair of SBC shoes at full price, but when the sales come around they're definitely worth a look.

For spring summer 2013, I rate these white leather t-bar flatform sandals which are down to £165 from an original £395. There are also some fabulous wedge trainers to be had. But what I'm really coveting is this absolutely stunning multi-strap calf-length Mary Jane. What a beautiful piece of footwear! Sadly it's still pretty tough on the wallet at £399 - but it was once priced at £790!

Just look at these beauties! And then probably don't buy them...but finally, a real tease for your wallet:

Who could fail to be mesmerised by these beauties? Charlotte Olympia's iconic 'Dolly' shoe was given a sprinkling of fairy dust in this A/W 2012 edition, which is sure to become a classic. Like all of Charlotte Olympia Delal's designs it don't come cheap, but The Outnet is now selling it off at £258 from an original £625 - which is about as good as you'll get with this brand. Just look at how sparkly it is!
