As soon as I heard that Swedish Hasbeens was coming to London with a brand new pop-up store for the summer I was enormously excited, as I can't get enough of the innovative label that made clogs cool again. While the brand is now well established here in the UK, it's a rare treat to find all of the current collection together in one place, and that's what you'll find in the new dedicated store. The shop can by found at:

The Old Truman Brewery
25 Hanbury Street
London E1 6QL [map]

The new collection itself is well worth a look, and includes some interesting new additions to the core clog and ankle-boot range. Named 'Call of the Wild', it has all the subtly vintage trappings we've come to love about Swedish Hasbeens, including a gorgeous intricately carved T-bar sandal inspired by 1930s glamour.

Even more exciting for bargain-hunters is the launch of the 'Debutant' range, whose items will come in at the much lower price point of £69. Currently consisting of the 'Ornament' and 'Papillon' clog, these pieces retain all the important elements of Swedish Hasbeens (solid wood soles, gorgeous organic leather) but with a lower, almost flatform sole and other subtle differences that make them amazing value for money.
