As any shoe fan will tell you, keeping your feet pampered and protected will not only prepare them for long shopping trips and dancefloor appointments, but will also ensure that they look pretty for all those open toed sandals that we'll start to see in the shops soon.
Kiwi, a brand well known for their selection of shoe care products, have a range of products that aim to make the business of heels as comfortable as possible. You've probably tried out a pair of gel cushions in your shoes before to relieve the pressure pain, and Kiwi have four different styles for different areas of your feet. They kindly sent a few along for me to try out, and they definitely make a difference.

This Christmas, the world's biggest shoe store has collaborated with the world's favourite board game to create the ultimate girly game.
Monopoly have created a board sponsored by Zappos, the US shoe store for the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation. The game allows you to buy the Zappos brands, and increase their value with wish lists and shopping carts (rather than houses and hotels).
It's fairly corporate, but the idea of adding little shopping carts to a Monopoloy board seems really charming to me. You can buy it for $51 from the Zappos online store.
According to a recent study by YouGov for the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists, up to 80% of women suffer foot problems of some sort, including cracked heels, bunions and fallen arches.
Hardly surprising considering the amount of time we spend in killer keels and slouchy boots. Those of us who live in heels tend to rely on blister plasters and Party Feet insoles. But anyone who is on their feet all day, like nurses, sportsmen and anyone working in retail, will need something a little more advanced.
Glamorous they're not, but the SOLE footbeds provide a custom fit regardless of the size or shape of your feet.
Wondering how they work?

One of the best things about kids clothing is the adorable range of minature shoes, based on the popular versions owned by their parents.
Writing for other parenting sites means I come across a lot of these on a daily basis. Take the mini uggs on the right. I've seen these pop up a lot recently, but they really are too cute to ignore. They're available in pink, tan, and leapord. They're only £44.99 too, much more affordable than their bigger brothers.
Cute, but not the only mini shoe on the block.

A good champagne demands a stylish drinking vessel, and what could be classier than a crystal flute designed by Christian Louboutin?
The opulent glasses, which were specially designed for Piper-Heidsieck champagne, are made in the shape of a shoe featuring Louboutin's iconic red sole. They celebrate the historic French tradition of 'Le Rituel' which involved a man drinking from a woman's shoe. It sounds downright kinky to me, but apparently that was once considered the ultimate declaration of love among the French aristocracy.
If you'd like to drink from Louboutin's shoes, you'll need to book a table at Mews of Mayfair where the glasses are in use. Whatever you do, don't get tiddly on the bubbly and drop one: they're priceless items.
What do you get the girl who has got more shoes then sense? Shoe accessories! Or rather, accessories covered in or shaped like a pair of sultry heels.
Top of my list are the 'Foot in the Door' doorsteps on the right. No more slamming doors with these footwear inspired door wedges, which are a much classier alternative to the usual cheese style wedges.
They're £6.99 from IWOOT.com and come in red or black.
More fabulous footwear accessories to come:

If your love of shoes extends beyond merely putting them on your feet and you appreciate the footwear form enough to want to look at it all day, then these stylish, contemporary 'shoe stencils' could be for you.
Created on the rather wonderful premise of the fairytale princess developing a shoe fetish in the years of her happily ever after, the 'Cinderalla goes shopping' stencils create a convincing trompe l'oeil effect on the surface of your choice, and take just a few minutes to complete. You could arrange them on a staircase, as shown here, pop a pair on a salvaged and re-painted stool for a shabby-chic look, or perhaps just paint them on the back of your wardrobe to instantly expand your shoe collection! The ideas are endless...
