Kanye West told WWD on Friday that he is designing a range of shoes for Louis Vuitton saying: "I'm here for Louis". He was pictured here dressed head to toe in his designs with French singer Camille and N.E.R.D frontman Pharrell Williams at the Vuitton show in Paris. The rapper also revealed that he will release a women's line this Autumn.
Kanye's love of fashion is well known as he gushed about Burberry's show last week saying: I'm excited 2 (sic) see the shows... it's how I spend my vacations.... it's one of my favorite things in the world...I feel privileged to attend.

Who turned up to the Elle Awards in Barcelona last night wearing these incredible heels? CLUE: She doesn't wear leather or fur so you can bet these shoes are synthetic or made from a leather-like plant derivative...

Love it or hate it, it's back and it's pretty hard to ignore. Big Brother 9 blasted onto our screens last night and instead of running and hiding as I'm sure many of you did, I somehow found myself sitting in front of the telly and watching. Whinging about it, yes - but watching all the same. And I'm glad I did... if only for the shoes.
Contestant Stephanie McMichael - Girls Aloud reject (and wannabe WAG?) - strutted into the house in the most adorable shoes I have seen in a long time: Karen Millen satin platforms in a gorgeous rich shade of purple with a studded heel. I have decided they will be mine! £175 from ASOS.
There is something about these Jessica Simpson leopard print round-toe pumps that I sort of like. Strange because I'm usually not a fan of animal prints... but on the other hand I have been on the look out for almond shaped round-toe pumps and these could almost pass for a pair of $300 shoes, but they're actually $64. Made from imported leather they're feature a 3 ½ heel and they're cute without being overpriced. Not a bad buy...

We're always on the look out for stylish but comfortable shoes because while we love fashion, we don't want to suffer for fashion every day of the week. And luckily for us, Angelina Jolie has given us a rather handy tidbit. In Cannes for the premier of her animated film, "Kung Fu Panda," she told reporters she has been wearing Cole Hann. "Cole Haan makes a shoe with a Nike sole," Jolie said. "So I have a low heel with a Nike sole and I'm feeling great." And that's a great review from a woman carrying twins! Check out Cole Haan's Nike Air dress collection here and the casual collection here - I'm loving these electric blue Carma Ot Air Slingbacks and the extra cushioning is just a bonus! Priced at $275, they're not in most people's price range, but they are the perfect investment into comfort and style. Gosh I just sounded like a press release...

Vogue.com are calling them "the new 'it' shoes" and predicting they'll become collectors items, and there are already huge waiting lists for them. They're Proenza Schouler 's triple strap python studded heels, and any blame for the hype surrounding them can be placed firmly on the shoulders of Sarah Jessica Parker - or her alter-ego, Carrie Bradshaw. These are one of two pairs of shoes Carrie is seen wearing frequently in the new Sex and the City movie (the other pair are Christian Dior's python Gladiator sandals, which we wrote about here), and if you want a pair, you're going to have your work cut out finding them, especially now that the movie has launched. Do you want them, though, I wonder?
