Spring may be here, but don't forget we'll soon be in for a month of April showers. There's nothing quite like a smart pair of designer wellies to make one look forward to the rain, so check out these lovely Orla Kiely signature print wellies we spotted, looking to go for a good price over on Ebay.
One lucky size 8-footed lady will be able to 'splash out' (but hopefully not too much) on these lovely boots, which will bring brightness and cheer to any weatherproof outfit - and we all know they can be terribly unflattering.
Currently at £22, you can see the original advert here.
Much of the US is experiencing the same 'Day After Tomorrow' style weather events we've been battling with for weeks back in Blighty, and Rachel Bilson is leading the way in Weather Warning Chic. Striding out in her croc-effect, Jimmy Choo wellington boots, she certainly knows how to dress for a deluge.
Bad news for anyone who wants to snap up a pair: the much-coveted boots are sold out pretty much everywhere. A combination of lousy weather, the magic touch of Choo and a reasonable price tag have seen demands skyrocket. But we've found a pair of the even rarer grey version, as worn by Bilson here on Ebay in a UK size 4, with a buy-it-now price of £428. That's already more than the cost of the £235 sold-out boots on Net-a-Porter...

The 80s maybe so 'in' you'd be forgiven for thinking a fax machine was the height of technological advancement -- but that doesn't mean it's easy to get authentic, 80s shoes in great condition. In fact, it's very hard to find a pair whose bright colours haven't been tarnished by the grubby hands of father time.
This pair by Charles Jourdan, however, have survived the journey well, with the red heels and tomato-blush suede clashing every bit as loudly as its designer intended. They'd make a great statement worn with a cocktail dress or on anyone whose clothes tend towards the punkier end of the spectrum. £15.99 Buy It Now on Ebay

These gold flats from George look really nice, as they're a great shape, and the metallic color is still going to be hot in the summer months. This pair will retail at under £10, but look like their much pricier counterparts. The collection has a lot of gold and bronze and as it's for next summer they are releasing a range of flips flops and peep toes- supermarket chic extraordinaire.
It's nice how supermarkets are getting in on the fashion trends as many people don't have enough time to go round the shops, so it's a quick way of updating your wardrobe with stylish finds.

The event runs from November 15th - December 6th, and you can either buy a ticket to attend a live auction in New York city, or bid online at eBay. There's an impressive list of shoe designers to choose from, plus designer handbags, clothes and items worn and donated by celebrities. Shoes and charity are a way to a conscientious woman's heart for sure. eBay are bringing great news for girls with room in their hearts for more than just shoe love with their Red Shoe Initiative. The cause aims to promote health and awareness of America's biggest killers of women: heart attacks and strokes.
Those clever boffins are doing so by auctioning lots of pairs of lovely red shoes autographed by various shoe loving lady celebrities from Eva Longoria to Susan Sarandon. There's a style for every girl, and it's all for a great cause. Check out their eBay site as well as RedShoeInitiative.org for a chance to get involved.

More shoe news at Shoewawa
Arrr! It may be Talk Like a Pirate Day for the rest of the world, but here at Shoewawa we're declaring it Walk Like a Pirate Day, and celebrating in the only way we know how - with pirate boots, of course!
Of course, of all the pirate boots we've known and (sometimes) loved, Vivienne Westwood's are perhaps the most famous of all. Out of production until Kate Moss found a 20-year-old pair in London vintage boutique, Rellik, the designer was forced to start making them again when Kate's pair re-started the trend. Where Kate Moss leads, Sienna Miller follows (and the rest of the world comes tumbling after) so, unsurprisingly, the flat, strappy style has become something of a classic. The boots are still in production, and you can buy them new for £295. Or, of course, there's always eBay: this pair is a UK size 4, and is currently at £82.
