So £110 on a pair of deck shoes sounds a lot, but it's easy to see that the 'build quality' of these shoes is really something, and the leather (which My Wardrobe's writers describe very eloquently as "squashy") looks so soft I almost want to curl up inside them!
Whichever shade you go for, the bright, juicy colours make perfect comfy-chic beach shoes and I'm a particular fan of the green, which when viewed up close looks the exact shade of freshly mown lawn. £110 at My-Wardrobe

While Steph and her feet were dreaming away of those Fendi platform ankle boots on the hottest day of the year so far, me and my own tootsies can't think of anything else but heatwave-busting strappy sandals! And the conclusion we (my feet and I, obvs) have come to is this: The less material, the better.
These Jessica Simpson gold sandals fulfill this wish nicely - there's not much in the way of material or straps which equals happy (and airy) feet. Yay. They are £54 from ASOS.

In my seemingly never-ending quest for the perfect summer sandals, I have managed to uncover a gem (ha!) in these Diego Dolcini Swarovski crystal flats. They're sparkly without being at all garish, and with my Ibiza holiday looming, they're the perfect sandals for teaming with a pretty maxi dress and soaking up the sunset at Cafe Del Mar.
With a leather upper and an ankle strap with side buckle, they are not only pretty but practical too. If you're as much of a fan as me, you'll be pleased to know they have 50% off right now and are down to £304 at Farfetch.

So it looks like sandal weather is officially here, if the heatwave reports are anything to go by.
Just in time, Urban Outfitters have brought us these studded gladiator sandals. By London Rebel they feature studs, jewels, beads, riveting and buckles - maybe slightly inspired by Balmain's famous heels methinks?
Get them here for £40 to give a rock edge to your floral dresses, or just team them with shorts and a tee for simple summer cool.

No one ever said casual had to be boring, and these ' SuedeTap Jazz Pumps' from Office certainly aren't.
They also happen to be, teal, my favourite colour. Flat and comfy looking, but still interesting and stylish, I'd say these are the perfect example of a casual shoe. Well for me at least, because these would be the most casual I'd ever get!
Plus they're currently on sale in Office, down from £35 to £20! Could they get any better? I think not.

Please don't tell me you've still got your poor feet caged up in your winter boots or autumn's now-very-scraggly ballet flats. C'mon guys, they deserve better! They deserve something along the lines of these cute polka dot and heart print Manhattan sandals by Sugar, which are too adorable for words and will also allow your feet to experience the sunshine and air they've been missing for way too long. Give your toes a slick of bright pink or coral varnish and they won't know what's hit them.
The sandals are on sale now for just £15 from Office. Most sizes were left last we checked, so be quick!

It's been a wee while since we've written about any ugly shoes (for me especially), but that's mainly because I find it very hard to conjure up feelings of dislike for many shoes - and then find it even harder to bag on them in the public domain! However, some shoes are just asking for it, and as horrible as it feels to say it, these Beverly Feldman 'Greentini' loafers ($184.95) are kind of a case in point.
Even the website selling them has called them a "hodgepodge of rich textures", but we'd just say they've got a whole lot going on! From the "reptile upper" (again, their words, not mine) to the animal-print on the front to the gold metallic bow, these are a hodgepodge alright - but not in the good way Endless Shoes would like to think...
