Christian Louboutin has done it again, subtly tweaking one of his existing styles with a small design feature that takes the shoes to another dimension. These classic mink-coloured pumps have been given a smooth, wavy edge that we're seeing on several high heeled styles this season, but also the bejeweled effect around the heel, that lends them the name 'filter'.
The resulting shoe is incredibly chic, stylish and with just enough glamour to bring the Louboutin allure we've come to expect from his designs. The shoes are also available in black patent leather.

We love leopard print, and we love jewel tones. Put together, however, and the results are not pretty: just check out this bizarre style from Shelly's! There is way too much going on here, and the balance is totally out of whack: heels this chunky need to be balanced out, and we don't think that thin sliver of patent really does them justice.
What's even uglier however, is the price: I'd expect a 'fun' style like this to come in at around the £30 mark, not eat into my serious shoe shopping money. The uppers are real leather, which probably accounts for the cost, but let's face it - you wouldn't be able to tell!

How the competition works
Tweet a photo of your favourite shoes (on or off your feet!) and we'll include your image in a weekly gallery to appear on the site. From this gallery, the Shoewawa team will pick out a winner each week, and will send a pair of tickets to the owner of our favourite pair of shoes.
Not sure your shoes are special enough? Fear not! it's not all about who owns the most expensive shoes or the tallest pair of Louboutins: judges will be looking out for originality and artistic merit.
Once we've picked out our three winners and they've enjoyed the B&INTM experience, we'll choose one of these finalists to pick up the star prize: a shoe for every season (that's two pairs for spring/summer and another two for autumn/winter) from Head over Heels by Dune.
