Whatever you do to a pair of Mary Janes, it's hard not to make them look a little bit girly, but this is probably the most grown-up looking pair I've ever seen. They're by Rupert Sanderson and their uppers are grey lizard, with an unusual cut-out bit at the back

Aren't these pumps from Lanvin just delightful? Bows are still very much the decoration du jour in footwear, but I've not used them in quite this way before, setting off a series of thick straps that create an enclosed boot-like effect. As if that wasn't enough

I think these high-gloss patent confetti-spangled trainers by Maison Martin Margiela are absolutely wild! While I wasn't initially sold on the raw rubber sole look that seems to be coming into season, I think it lends addtional contrast to these shoes, which
