I take back what I said earlier this week about being bored with bows. If Nordstrom would only ship to the UK, these babies would be winging their way to me right now! They're Stuart Weitzman's 'Bouffant' shoe boots, and they come in grey flannel and plain black. I favour the grey version because there's more contrast between the shoe and the bow, but both are lovely, and would be the perfect addition to my winter wardrobe.
They're reduced to $199 in the Nordstrom sale.

Apologies for not bringing you the latest A/W stock but it is so sweltering that just looking at boots is making me melt!
These Hedgar platform heels are reduced from £55 to a cheap £30 at Faith. The chunky styling is bang on-trend but the burgundy colour is a little different from your usual black. Team them with cropped carrot leg trousers and a loose fine knit vest for an up-to-the-minute stylish look that's hard to beat.

Sale season continues, and so does our Bargain Tuesday look at the best of the bargains. Today we've taken a trawl through ASOS.com to root out our favourite budget buys, starting with these great asymmetrical sandals, which have been reduced from £45 to £19. I love Tretorn shoes and wellies, they're a real salt of the earth brand that exude healthy Swedishness.
Start have reduced the pretty duck egg blue canvas pumps to a reasonable £35. It's not too late to make the T56 poplin trainer your casual summer staple. Team them with a pair of denim cutoffs and stripy top, boat and lake optional.

These purple and gold 'Alfie' heels from Pied a Terre look more suitable for Autumn/Winter than Spring/Summer to me, which is perhaps why they've been reduced to less than half price in the sale. They were £99 and are now £35, so if you like these you're going to get a bargain - only if you're a size 7, though, unfortunately, as that's the only size they have left in this colourway. You may be a little luckier if you prefer the black and silver version that's also available, though: those are still available in a 4, 5.5 and 6.

The current round of summer sales is a shoe-lover's paradise, and today we're continuing our look at the bargains available with a browse through the Schuh sale selection.

Warning: this post could be seriously disappointing to any of you who fall in love with the shoes pictured, because as they're all from Faith's sale section, not all sizes are available. This can be torturous, especially when you come across bargains like the black and silver 'Cannah' peep toes, which have come down in price from £70 to £30, but which are only available in sizes 5 and 9. Oh, the humanity!
