Origami style fashion accessories always seem to go down well with me if they're well made and sleek. Duck egg blue is a great colour for summer and these Faith sandals use the colour to great effect.
I like the white edging and rubber toe cap which gives a Stormtrooper/Star Wars kind of effect. Space-age isn't a traditional summer influence but I think it's one that deserves some attention. Cherry red has always been one of my favourite shoe colours, and it looks particularly lovely on sandals.
Faith's 'Dacut' ticks all the right boxes as a summer shoe, with its breathable cut-out detail uppers and ankle strap for extra stability as you gallovant around in the sun. Its sculpted look is very in this season, and I can see it nicely coupled with pretty, floaty fabrics. If you don't like red, the same style comes in taupe. Both are on sale half price at £25.

I am loving the Shopbop Designer Boutique sale section right now, after yesterday's cool find, I had to go back for more. And then I came across these Christian Lacroix Shoes Open Toe pumps with a jewel brooch. Originally a pricey $725, they've been marked down to an almost affordable $362.50. Pretty cheap when you factor in the fact that they are Christian Lacroix d'Orsay pumps made from grosgrain silk, and the pretty crystal brooch at the vamp of the shoe which gives it a nice dainty feel. What more could you ask for besides a saving of 50%?

Ladies, have I got a deal on these Proenza Schouler lace-up booties for you. These pretty (albeit slightly witchy) boots have been marked down from $890 to the affordable price of $267. Ever since The Sartorialist posted an image of the Dries Van Noten girls all clad in gold heels and pleated skirts I've had a bit of a thing about gold shoes.
Faith's gold shoes (reduced to £20) tick all the right boxes without being too trashy or flashy. The suede upper creates a bit of texture and look more antique and aged than leather. Use them to add a bit of faded chic to an elegant outfit... Gold shoes have never been this classy!
