I love ShopBop (except when they've run out of my favourite jeans in my size) and I love them even more during sale time. You can stock up on all kinds of designer goodies for a margin of their recommended retail price, and for some fabulous shoes, I suggest you start with boots with many of their designer boots marked down at least 50%. For an every day flat boot, try these Tapeet studded flat boots (above left) with their distressed pebble leather and studded detail at the top of the shaft and around the ankle. If you're looking for something a little more sophisticated, then try these Jill Stuart Christabel suede lace flat boots (above middle), I just love how the lace up detail twists around from the side of the boot to the front, giving the boot a nice sweeping detail, with the lace holes contrasting nicely against the black suede. Finally for something a little quirky, there are these Moschino Cheap and Chic High Granny boots (above right) available in plum or black, the contrasting colours and story book-granny look to them, they're a great day to day boot to pair with skirts, dresses or trousers.

Now a sale watch for the visitors State side, Victoria's Secret has some great mark downs in their post Christmas sale with over 175 styles on sale. Stock up on classic pumps with a twist like the Jessica Simpson leather almond-toe pumps picture above (left). The pumps will give you an extra boost thanks to the thick platform and the price is absolutely affordable - marked down from $89 to $29.99. Keep your feet dry and quirky with these Chooka patterned rainboots, down to $19.99 from $60. If you're looking for something a little more stylish but equally statement making, try a pair of Guess by Marciano quilted puffy boots that will keep you from the front door to the slopes, all for the price of $39.99, down from $120.

Sale time is the only time I can afford designer shoes, though I tend to avoid the rush and crowds of post Christmas sales, I always seemed to miss out on designer bargains in my size. But never fear, MatchesFashion.com is here ;) There are some amazing mark downs I am almost ready and willing to pull out the credit card and punch in the numbers to make a few purchases. A pair of black Stella McCartney sandals (pictured above left) has been marked down from £357 to a practically affordable £179, while a Diane von Furstenberg Ravello slingback sandals (above middle) has been marked down from £135 to a bargain price of £37! At such a price I'd get them in the two other colours they come in. Last but certainly not least, stunning Alexander McQueen sandals (above right) has been marked down from £450.00 to just £148 - with brown strappy detail like that, I'd snap up those heels in a second.
Question is, with so many stunning shoes on sale... how do I choose?

Warehouse has come brilliant mark downs at the moment, online and in stores with up to 70% off more than a few pairs of shoes. Their Allure Basic Wedge (above left) retailed at £65 and has been marked down to just £19! Made out of 100% leather, these are a great classic peep toe wedge to have in your wardrobe. If you're looking for something a little more fancy, try the China satin diamonte sandal (above middle), marked down from £75 to £25. Or for a great winter boot, the Prince Hi Leg Y boot (above right) has been marked down from £105 to £49.

From our U.S. fashion site ShinyStyle:
We just love J.Crew's flats and have found their classic boot styles to hold up for years in both fashion and function. So, we highly recommend taking advantage of their shoe and boot sale that ends today.
At left are a selection of Jane and Selena flats in candy colors, we really like the Jane crackle-metallic flats, $150, in particular.
For boots, we recommend the Long Brewster Leather boot, $198-$218, for a sturdy and comfortable flat knee-high boot that also comes in extended calf sizes.
