Friday night not complete without a generous dose of bling? Well, these 'Tiaamii' sandals from Moda in Pelle should be sparkly enough for even the most magpie-like of you. The diamante and jewel adornments cover almost all of the t-strap, making these real party shoes. Well, it's not like you're going to be able to wear them anywhere else, is it? They're £90 at Moda in Pelle, and if you're going to wear them, I think a dress with a little bit of restraint to it could be a good idea to try and balance things out.

If fall looks are sleek and chic, what better way to stand out in a crowd with a pair of statement making sandals? And these Yves Saint Laurent tribal sandals from their fall 2008/09 collection will do just that. Made up of 3 round discs which feature beaded, braided and feather detailing, these shoes are bold and definitely not made for a wallflower. Because of the height (in detail and heel) these sandals would look ideal with a mini LBD so that you get a great bold and contrasting effect against your skin.

I'm not sure whether or not the flower on the front of this sandal is too big or not. I think it may be, but I'd need to see it on a foot to be sure. What I do know is that I love the combination of charcoal and black suede, which allows the detail of the rose to stand out much more than the plain black version of this shoe. Although it's a very feminine shoe, I think the suede uppers also help to tone it down a little, making it more versatile than a similar style in satin would be. These are by Pelle Moda and they're £159.95 at Nordstrom.

If you still want summer sandals, you had better get in quick because they won't be around for much longer. I love the look of these Jean-Michel Cazabat Twister Gold sandals. I just love the way they're made to wind around and around your leg for a stylish resort look. Stamped with python style detail, these gold sandals certainly look luxurious, let's just hope for $475 the coil wrap doesn't wrap too tightly that lumps and bumps are highlighted.

I'm already about thisclose to booking a beachy holiday to Spain, and as soon as I saw these Dazzle sandals from Dune, I knew right at once that booking is happening asap, as I now need an excuse to buy these totally beach-worthy shoes.
I love a glam flat sandal but one that doesn't go too overboard with the bling. So these ones - with the angled metal detail on the toe thong - are what I'm going to be all about on holiday (well, aside from gorgeously-airy maxi dresses and killer beach-y hair!) At £45, they're a bargain for a shoe I already know I will wear to death.
