If it wasn't for the reptile-print on these sandals, I'd probably have just found my new "most coveted" summer sandals. Both the pale green colour and the high platform really appeal to me, but the reptile print isn't my favourite, and I'd have preferred these without it. Even so, these will make a great shoe for summer, in a very fashionable shape, and with a heel that can truly be described as "killer". Get them at Victoria's Secret, where they're $260.

I do apologise for teasing you all with summer shoe after summer shoe lately. It's not a very nice thing to show you pretty sandals, when the reality is, you won't be wearing any of these beauties for at least another three months (unless you've booked a fab overseas holiday, in which case, I salute you).
But it can't be helped - these are the shoes that are filling up the 'New In' pages on all my favourite websites, and funnily enough, all the 'Sale' pages too. Quick to jump out at me today, were these Kate Spade Cabana platforms. The vibrant orange, the stripes, the woven raffia wedge... get me to the south of France pronto! $138.99 from Bluefly.

Just when I thought winter was finally on the way out, we've been forecast snow for the rest of week. Luckily, though, while there aren't a huge amount of new boots around right now, the ones that are still around tend to be reduced in price, like these 'Audrey' boots from Forever 21, which are down to just $20.
Of course, the price reflects the fact that these have mad-made uppers, but if you're looking for something cheap to get you through the last few weeks of winter, they have a nice vintage look about them, and will look smart or casual depending on what you wear them with.

We've been featuring rather a lot of gladiator-style sandals recently, but as you may have noticed, they're a little hard to avoid right now! (And here was me thinking last summer was as gladiator-centric as it was going to get!) Luckily, these sandals come in lots of different styles, and i think these Sigerson Morrison wedges are one of the easiest ways to wear the trend. Not only will they be a little more comfortable than some of the platform stilettos we've been seeing, they're more flattering than the flat versions of the gladiators, and will work for both casual and dress occasions, making them versatile, too.
Are they versatile enough to justify the $780 price? If you think so, you can get them at Neiman Marcus.

I'm far too stingy (and broke) to consider spending $195 on flip flips, even if they do have "Prada" stamped on the front, but if you're not, this could actually be quite a good deal, because as well as the flip flops, you also get a matching cosmetic bag. Now, it's not often you can get yourself a pair of Prada shoes and a bag for under $200, so if that sounds good to you, head over to Saks and choose between green, black and orange.

Can't decide what colour of shoes to buy? No problem, Brian Atwood has considerately provided (almost) all of them in these 'Margie' sandals. They'll be a little too loud for some of you, but if "loud" is what you're looking for, they're pretty fabulous, and will be a great way to finish off a neutral outfit. They're $565 at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Sometimes a shoe comes along that just makes you go "wow". This is one of those shoes. The colour, the box, the fact that it looks just as good from above as it does from any other angle, meaning that you get to look down on such loveliness every time you wear them - everything about these has left me wishing I could find a spare $695 down the back of the couch, so I could make them mine.
They're available to buy direct from Valentino.
