This shoe makes it to number 39 on the list of the top 50 shoes of 2006 not because of what it looks like, but because of what it represents. This was one of the new Biba creations that hit the shelves this spring, marking the comeback of the 60s fashion powerhouse. The new high prices might have sparked controversy, but there was no denying the style and selling power of crazy creations like this, 
Swooping in to claim the #45 spot on the top 50 shoes of the year (remember these are in no particular order until we get to the top 10) is this high street favourite bought to us
