I can't tell you how pleased I am to finally see a Yay or Nay offering getting a unanimous standing applause! If you fell madly for the extravagant velvet ruffles and luscious burgundy of last week's offering, they're by Charmone and are (sigh) an investment $349.99.
This week's offering is (yes, I'm giving it away!) from Marc Jacobs. Now, if you're a regular reader, you'll know that Marc and I have not been on the best of terms when it comes to his boots, although this pair... Well, let's just say that I'm not gathering the villagers with their pitchforks and blazing torches. We're interested in what you think, though. Are they magnificent Marc Jacobs or yet another candidate for Ugly Shoe of the Week? Yay or Nay and why?

I must admit that the outpouring of general disgust over last week's Yay or Nay surprised me a little, but at least there were a few Yay votes! While many of you thought the Chloe-esque heel was overdone, there were some who thought that their military look could work nicely with the right outfit. If you were of the latter opinion, the heels are £55 from Topshop.
This week's offering buys into the ruffle trend that has slowly been permeating the market, although this time, they're on the vamp and heel! But what do you think? Are they victorian-velvet-victory or raving-mad-ruffles? Yay or Nay and why?

I almost feel a little bad for last week's Yay or Nay offering, what with the outcry of 'ughs!' and 'eews!' that they elicited. If, however, you were one of the fashion forward ladies who saw potential in Vanessa Bruno's suede booties, they're $615 at Shopbop.
This week's offering is more than a little Chloe-esque, with its thick, metal-tipped heel. Its thick cuff and brass button details help to make them look a bit like a nautical uniform; but we'd like to know what you think. Does it float your boat, or is it destined for Davy Jones' locker? Yay or Nay and why?

Now, this may look like something more likely to be featured on Shiny Shiny than on a shoe site, but under its shiny red patent finish and four inch heel lies a world of tech wizardry, namely that of the trusty telephone embedded in a sexy, shoe-like frame. This would add some boudoir glamour to any house, and wouldn't look out of place amongst the mounds of shoes I own. Hey, why shouldn't your phone reflect you? It's £14.95 from Tesco

Well, I'm rather glad to say that last week's Yay or Nay offering - a disturbing sock-shoe creation by Na Na - resulted in a resounding NAY vote! If you were the lone ranger willing to admit that she 'didn't mind' them (brave woman!), they're yours for $84.95 at Nordstrom.
This week's offering has been classed as a 'bootie', though if that's the case, it's a very unusual one. But we're more interested in what you think. With their suede pump base and criss-cross banding, are they runway chic or mortifyingly mummy-like? Yay or Nay and why?

Despite being in the lead-up to Christmas (according to the high street and their decorations, in any case), poor ol' Rudolph the red-nosed Mary Janes didn't fare too well in last week's Yay or Nay vote, with the nay-sayers almost unanimous in their "bah, humbug!". For the few of you who thought they were adorably kitsch, though, you can pick them up for £55 from Topshop.
This week's offering is another of those sock-shoe creations. You know what we think about them, here at Shoewawa, but now we're interested in what you think of this disturbing trend. Are they sock-tastic or devilry of the darkest kind? Yay or Nay and why?

It's been some time since a pair of shoes had our readers split down the middle, but that's exactly what last week's Yay or Nay did. While half of you loved the cut-out brogues (I particularly liked the description "Saville-Row-serious without the stuffiness" from StyleScrybe!), while the rest thought they were more trouble than trendy. For those of you who'd like a pair, they're by Solea, and are available from ASOS for £120.
This week, we're testing out one of Shoewawa's favourite styles: the Mary Jane! Of course, this design is a little different; taking a tricky turn on the button trend by placing it on the toe! But what do you think? Does it enhance a firm favourite or have they just been playing silly buggers? Yay or Nay and why?
